Success Story: Ash Brown, Coca Cola Amatil

Ash Brown initially discovered Kiikstart when Ali Uren was facilitating the transitional project for the leadership team as part of closing Coca Cola Amatil manufacturing in Adelaide, South Australia.

Having been in a senior role with CCA for over 22 years, Ash was made redundant late 2019. As a result, Ash needed to create a personalised plan for her future that would be successful in a changing and competitive market place.

Ash needed a strategic plan that could open up new networks and provide access to a variety of career opportunities. No mean feat in a small market and in the middle of a global pandemic.

Together we designed a personalised career plan including:

A new, contemporary career brand that had impact across all communication platforms, including social media.

A detailed strategic plan for maximising presence and building quality connections through LinkedIn by adopting an entrepreneurial mindset.

A career innovation capability review that identified the key skill gaps and risks to Ash successfully transitioning to new career opportunities as well as and the actions and solutions to execute throughout the project.

This co-designed plan was prioritised against Ash’s career objectives and the values of what high-value work looked like in future roles.

During the COVID pandemic, Ash was able to secure a steady supply of interviews and secured a senior health and safety role with a highly regarded and respected organisation in the health industry.
